President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has signed a number of Decrees that sanctioned as follows:
Lieutenant Colonel Yazgeldi Byashimovich Nuryev has been appointed Director of the State Border Service of Turkmenistan, Commander of the Border Forces and promoted to the rank of Colonel ahead of his time in grade; relieved of the position of Rector of the National Security Institute of Turkmenistan;
Colonel Mukhammetgeldi Babageldievich Agageldiev has been appointed Rector of the National Security Institute of Turkmenistan;
Major General Shadurdy Amanmukhammedovich Durdyev has been relieved of the post of Director of the State Border Service of Turkmenistan, Commander of the Border Forces for the serious shortcomings revealed in his work;
Minister of Adalat of Turkmenistan, Counselor of Justice Begmurat Rakhmangulyevich Mukhamedov has been awarded the title of Honored Lawyer of Turkmenistan and promoted to the higher rank of Senior Counselor of Justice prematurely;
Chairman of the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan, Major Maksat Agamyradovich Hudaikulyev has been assigned the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.
A number of servicemen and employees of the country’s military and law enforcement agencies have been decorated with state awards of Turkmenistan for their big personal contributions to strengthening independence and sovereignty of neutral Turkmenistan, for their outstanding service to the independent home country and in honor of Motherland Defenders Day.
Several servicemen and employees of the country’s military and law enforcement agencies have been also awarded military, special and class ranks for their services in enhancing their independent home country’s defense power, keeping law, order, and public peace as well as in honor of Motherland Defenders Day and in accordance with Article 71, Clause 15 of the Constitution of Turkmenistan.
