To adopt the fulfilment of the State budget of Turkmenistan for 2019 on the revenue to the amount of 83,868,097.00 manats and expenditures to the amount of 83,716,718.00 manats.

A number of draft laws were discussed during the 12th meeting of the Mejlis of the sixth convocation. Deputy Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, heads of ministries and departments, representatives of the media were invited to participate in the meeting.

The Mejlis of Turkmenistan has adopted the Resolutions on Joining Nagoya Protocol on Access and Sharing of Genetic Resources to the Convention of Biological Diversity, on Ratification of the Agreement between Turkmenistan and Russian Federation on Cooperation in Security and on Joining International Convention on the Simplification and Harmonization of Customs Procedures.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held extended video conference session of the Cabinet of Ministers where members of the State Security Council, heads of the regions and Ashgabat have been invited.

Chairperson of Mejlis of Turkmenistan Gulshat Mammedova and Chairwoman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Valentina Matviyenko discussed important issues of bilateral inter-parliamentary cooperation during a telephone conversation.

President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, authorizing the “Türkmenaragatnaşyk” Agency to sign contract with Heidelberger Druckmaschinen Eastern Europe GmbH (Austria) for the purchase, installation and commissioning of FM-broadcasting equipment for development of FM broadcasting network in Turkmenistan.

President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, authorizing the Ministry of Textile Industry to sign contract with Cormatex SRL (Italy) for the purchase, delivery, installation and commissioning of wool-spinning equipment for Bayramali Textile Complex and Dashoguz Cotton Mill.

In order to develop cooperation between Turkmenistan and the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), improve the work of the National Commission for UNESCO, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Resolution approving the membership of the National Commission.

In order to expand cooperation between our country and international structures in the field of environmental protection in various areas, to discharge the obligations under requirements of the relevant international agreements signed and approved by Turkmenistan, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, approving the Intersectoral Commission on environment protection and its membership.
