On December 11, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev held a telephone conversation.

President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has sent his cordial congratulations and best wishes to the first President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy Nursultan Nazarbayev on the occasion of Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

On behalf of the nation, the Government of Turkmenistan and personally, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has extended his heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and the brotherly Kazakh nation on the occasion of Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

According to the Order of the President of Turkmenistan, the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Foreign Minister R. Meredov has to sign the following Decision of the Foreign Ministers of the Commonwealth of Independent States from Turkmen side:

December 10. The Head of the Foreign Ministry of our country took part in the session of the Council of Foreign Ministries of the Commonwealth of Independent States, which was chaired by Uzbekistan and held in video conference format.

December 10, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held video conference working session where situation in construction sphere and industrial complex has been reviewed and perspective plans of further development of this sector have been outlined. Some Deputy Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers, heads of relative ministries and departments have taken part in the session.

First of all, let me extend my cordial congratulations on publication of your new book “Turkmenistan – Home of Neutrality”, which presentation was held on the threshold of the celebration of remarkable date – the 25th anniversary of permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan!

On behalf of the people and the Government of Turkmenistan and on his own behalf, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov expressed congratulations and best wishes to Emir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani and the fraternal people of Qatar on the occasion of the National Day of the State of Qatar.

On behalf of the people, the Government of Turkmenistan and on his own behalf, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov expressed congratulations and best wishes to King of Bahrain, Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the fraternal people of the country on the occasion of the National Day of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

On December 9, a signing ceremony was held as part of the International Exhibition devoted to the 25th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s neutrality, currently taking place in the capital. The signed documents are aimed at promoting the long-term cooperation between the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), and our country’s national parliament and legal institutions.
