In order to create a State Information System for Pricing in Construction in Turkmenistan, as well as to implement the State Program for the Development of a National Estimate-Regulatory Base and the Improvement of the Pricing System in Construction, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, according to which the Ministry of Construction and Architecture is allowed to conclude a contract with the economic society «Parlak nesil» to improve the software for calculating the estimated cost.
