By order of the President of Turkmenistan, the head of the State Agency for the Management of Highway Construction, Yolamanov Serdargeldi Gurbangeldiyevich, was reprimanded for improper performance of official duties, weakening control over subordinate structures, and shortcomings in the road construction work carried out in our capital - the city of Ashgabat.

In order to further develop the country's education sector in the era of the Renaissance of a new era of a powerful state and further strengthen its material and technical base, improve educational institutions based on advanced technologies, as well as continue work on the construction of buildings of modern educational institutions equipped with advanced equipment that meets international standards , The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, according to which the hakimlik of Ahal velayat is allowed to conclude a contract with the individual entrepreneur «Baýly gurluşyk» for the design and construction in the village of Bokurdak, Ak Bugday etrap, Ahal velayat, of a modern comprehensive school for 1200 places and a dormitory for 120 places with landscaping of the adjacent territory , with the condition of laying external engineering systems leading to them.

In order to further improve the powerful state of circus art of independent neutral Turkmenistan in the Era of the Revival of the New Epoch, support the development of circus activities, as well as in accordance with the laws of Turkmenistan «On Culture» and «On Circus and Circus Art», the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, approving the procedure and conditions assigning the legal status «National» to state circuses and individual professional creative circus groups.
