In order to create conditions for comfortable living and recreation of the population, along with development of economic sectors in the period of the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree authorizing the “Türkmenhimiýa” State Concern to conclude a contract with the “Dürli-ýaz” Individual Enterprise for the design and construction in the village of Guvlymayak, Turkmenbashy District, Balkan Velayat, of a complex of residential houses and buildings, including six four-storey 32-apartment, four 40-apartment and two 60-apartment residential houses, a 320-seat general education school, a kindergarten for 120 children and a shopping and entertainment center with the improvement of the adjacent areas, under the condition of laying external engineering supply systems and facilities of electricity, gas and water supply, communications, sewerage systems and connecting them to the metropolitan area network.

In order to improve the material and technical resources of the transport sector in the period of the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree authorizing the Agency “Türkmendeňizderýaýollary” of the Transport and Communications Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan to conclude a contract with the “Shipbuilding and Repair Plant “Balkan” Open Joint-Stock Company for the construction of two dry cargo ships.

In order to successfully implement the tasks of further increasing the volume of grain production in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of a powerful state, creating all the necessary conditions for the productive work of dayhan associations, tenants and landowners in this direction, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution «On the production of a rich wheat crop in Turkmenistan in 2024».

In the era of the Revival of a new epoch of a powerful state, all conditions are created in our country for the further development and enrichment of the Turkmen musical and song art with new modern works, identifying amateur young performers and increasing love for national art in their hearts.

In order to regulate the assignment of personal pensions to citizens of Turkmenistan for special merits to the country, as well as in accordance with Article 40 of the Code of Turkmenistan on social protection of the population, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution according to which a special commission for the appointment of personal pensions was established under the President of Turkmenistan, its composition and Procedure were approved appointment of personal pensions.

In order to further develop the education sector of the country in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of a powerful state and further strengthen its material and technical base, improve educational institutions based on advanced technologies, as well as continue work on the construction of buildings of modern educational institutions equipped with the latest equipment, appropriate world standards, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree.

In order to train highly qualified workers for the energy and industry sectors of the country in the era of the Revival of a new era of a powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Decree allowing the Ministry of Energy to conclude a contract with the individual enterprise «Röwşen» for the design and construction of a new additional educational building for 2000 places on the adjacent territory of the State Energy institute of Turkmenistan, a dormitory for 800 people, a sports facility of an indoor type and a monument on a circular road, with modern equipment, landscaping of the adjacent territory, with the condition of reconstructing the old or building new external engineering systems leading to them and objects of electric, gas, water supply systems , communications and sewerage with their connection to the citywide network.
