In accordance with paragraph 16 of Article 71 of the Constitution of Turkmenistan, the Mejlis of Turkmenistan decides:

In order to scientifically substantiate the fundamental transformations being implemented in our independent Fatherland in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the introduction of scientific achievements in the economy and in all spheres, as well as the training of highly qualified specialists and scientific personnel, the President of Turkmenistan signed an Order according to which quotas for the admission of graduate students were approved postgraduate studies, doctoral students in doctoral studies in scientific areas, registration of applicants for academic degrees, as well as admission of residents to clinical residency in 2024.

By order of the President of Turkmenistan, the hakim of the Bagtyyarlyk etrap of the city of Ashgabat Gyshykov Agageldi Meretdurdyyevich was reprimanded for shortcomings in the cleaning, improvement, and repair of roads carried out on the territory of the etrap, as well as for improper performance of official duties.

By order of the President of Turkmenistan, the head of the State Agency for the Management of Highway Construction, Yolamanov Serdargeldi Gurbangeldiyevich, was reprimanded for improper performance of official duties, weakening control over subordinate structures, and shortcomings in the road construction work carried out in our capital - the city of Ashgabat.

In order to further develop the country's education sector in the era of the Renaissance of a new era of a powerful state and further strengthen its material and technical base, improve educational institutions based on advanced technologies, as well as continue work on the construction of buildings of modern educational institutions equipped with advanced equipment that meets international standards , The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, according to which the hakimlik of Ahal velayat is allowed to conclude a contract with the individual entrepreneur «Baýly gurluşyk» for the design and construction in the village of Bokurdak, Ak Bugday etrap, Ahal velayat, of a modern comprehensive school for 1200 places and a dormitory for 120 places with landscaping of the adjacent territory , with the condition of laying external engineering systems leading to them.

In order to further improve the powerful state of circus art of independent neutral Turkmenistan in the Era of the Revival of the New Epoch, support the development of circus activities, as well as in accordance with the laws of Turkmenistan «On Culture» and «On Circus and Circus Art», the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, approving the procedure and conditions assigning the legal status «National» to state circuses and individual professional creative circus groups.

Thanks to the efforts of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty Hero-Arkadag and the respected President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, in the era of the Revival of a new epoch of a powerful state, the year “Happy Youth with Arkadag Serdar” was marked by great success.

By order of the President of Turkmenistan, a bus «MAN RR3 19.440 EEV» was donated to the football club «ARKADAG» of the hakimlik of the city of «Arkadag» on behalf of the President of Turkmenistan for his great contribution to bringing Turkmen sports to a high level, for successful performance in the major league of Turkmenistan, for winning the title «Champion of Turkmenistan» and for the victory in the final match, as a result of which the club became the winner of the Turkmenistan Cup.
