By the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Jorayev Serdar Achyldurdyyevich was relieved of his posts as the national coordinator of the European Union for international technical assistance from the Government of Turkmenistan and the manager of the World Bank from Turkmenistan.

By the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Astanagulov Mammetguly Rozygulyyevich was appointed as the national coordinator of the European Union for international technical assistance from the Government of Turkmenistan and the World Bank manager from Turkmenistan.

In order to ensure uninterrupted supply of departments, enterprises, public associations, individual entrepreneurs and the population with petroleum products, as well as the successful implementation of the planned tasks for significant rationalisation of their use in accordance with the «Program of the President of Turkmenistan for the socio-economic development of the country in 2022-2028», the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution approving the volumes of petroleum products, including motor gasoline, diesel fuel and jet fuel, for domestic consumers for 2025.

In order to transform the country into a flourishing land, enhance the beauty of its nature, and successfully implement the National Forest Program for 2021-2025 in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution ordering the planting of deciduous, coniferous, fruit trees and grapes in Turkmenistan in 2025, including:

– ministries and departments, Ashgabat and Arkadag city administrations and other institutions – 1.5 million seedlings;

– velayat administrations – 1.5 million seedlings.

Ministries, departments, velayat administrations, Ashgabat and Arkadag cities are instructed to ensure the planting of fruit tree and grape seedlings by varieties on separately allocated land plots, drip irrigation of deciduous, coniferous, fruit tree and grape seedlings.

The document also instructs the Ministry of Environmental Protection to provide ministries, departments, velayat administrations, Ashgabat and Arkadag cities with grape seedlings and three-year-old tree seedlings in sufficient quantities and to monitor the planting and care for them.

In order to successfully solve the problems of developing the sericulture industry, increasing the volume and improving the quality of produced silkworm cocoons in the era of the Revival of a new era of a powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, ordering the State Concern «Türkmenpagta» and the hakimliks of the velayats to ensure the production of 2 thousand 100 tons of silkworm cocoons in 2025.

The State Concern «Türkmenpagta» is ordered to conclude general agreements with the hakimliks of the velayats for the production of silkworm cocoons, as well as to provide dayhan associations, agricultural enterprises, daikhan farms of the velayats, tenants and landowners with the necessary volume of high-quality silkworm granules.

The hakimliks of the velayats are ordered to ensure the fulfillment of contractual obligations for the production of silkworm cocoons in full.

In order to successfully fulfill the tasks outlined in the Program «Revival of the New epoch of the Powerful State: National Program for Socio-Economic Development of Turkmenistan in 2022-2052» and the «Program of the President of Turkmenistan for Socio-Economic Development of the Country in 2022-2028», maintaining the socio-economic growth of the state and achieving accelerated development, strengthening economic power and increasing the level of industrial and innovative development of the regions, pursuing an active investment policy and increasing the effectiveness of public investment, consistently introducing modern digital technologies, expanding the activities of small and medium-sized businesses by creating a favorable business environment, significantly increasing the standard of living, further improving social protection and employment of citizens in 2025 - the «International Year of Peace and Trust» - the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution approving the Program for Socio-Economic Development of Turkmenistan and Investments in 2025.

The ministries, departments, hakimliks of the velayats, the cities of Ashgabat and Arkadag are instructed to ensure the timely and proper implementation of the Program.

In order to successfully implement the «Program of the President of Turkmenistan for the socio-economic development of the country in 2022-2028», to stimulate the achievement of the best results in the social, economic and cultural spheres and the creation of industries with modern technologies in etraps and cities in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, as well as the implementation of the Order of the President of Turkmenistan №698 dated February 9, 2024, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Order.

According to the document, the winner in Turkmenistan was declared the Sakarchage etrap of the Mary velayat, which, according to the results of 2024, achieved the highest results in all social, economic and cultural indicators among the etraps of velayats and cities with the rights of etraps, as well as etraps of the city of Ashgabat, and the hakimlik of the Sakarchage etrap was awarded a cash prize of 1 million US dollars.

According to the document, the Central Bank is ordered to allocate the above-mentioned cash bonus from the State Fund for the Development of the Golden Age of Turkmenistan.

In order to successfully implement the «Program of the President of Turkmenistan for the socio-economic development of the country in 2022-2028», sustainable development of the country, stimulation of the creation of industries with modern technologies and consistent improvement of the social and living conditions of the population in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan signed an Order on the announcement of a competition among the etraps of velayats and cities with etrap rights, as well as etraps of the city of Ashgabat, to achieve the best results in all social, economic and cultural indicators in the velayats and the city of Ashgabat by the end of 2025.

In accordance with the document, a Commission was formed to determine the etrap or city with etrap rights - the winner of the competition in achieving the highest results in all social, economic and cultural indicators in the velayats and the city of Ashgabat by the end of 2025 and its composition was approved.

This Commission is instructed to establish the etrap or city with etrap rights that will achieve the highest results in the above-announced competition in each velayat and in the city of Ashgabat, and then determine among them the etrap or city with etrap rights that will be recognized as the winner in Turkmenistan.

The document instructs to award a cash prize of 1 million US dollars to the hakimlik of the etrap or city with etrap rights that has become the winner in Turkmenistan in the above-mentioned competition.
