The Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan approved the decision of the XIII meeting of the Central Council of the Women's Union No. XIII-1 dated August 28, 2021 on the dismissal of Atayeva Gurbanguly Kakalyevna from the post of the Chairperson of the Central Council of the Women's Union of Turkmenistan due to the transfer to another job.

In order to properly organize work on the implementation of the "Programme of the President of Turkmenistan for the socio-economic development of the country for 2019-2025", to strengthen control over the measures taken in this direction, as well as to further increase the responsibility of the Deputy Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan and hyakims for social and economic development of the velayats and Ashgabat, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, appointing curators:

In order to prevent the spread of diseases in the country, protect the health of citizens, as well as further improve the work carried out in this direction, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution approving the membership of the Extraordinary Commission of Turkmenistan to combat the spread of diseases.

Orazgeldi Amandurdyevich Gurbanov was released from the post of the Minister of Education of Turkmenistan for serious shortcomings in his work.

By the Decree of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Shohrat Jumayev was released from posts of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the French Republic (city of Paris) and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Portuguese Republic in connection with his transfer to other work.

Following the age-old traditions of good-neighborliness and humanism of the Turkmen people, in order to provide medical assistance to victims of fires in the Republic of Turkey, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree, authorizing the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry to donate humanitarian aid, including medicines and medical supplies to the Republic of Turkey.

Deputy Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of the Milli Gengesh K.Babaev was sent on August 5, 2021 by the decree of the President of Turkmenistan to the city of Teheran of the Islamic Republic of Iran for participation in the ceremony of inauguration of the newly elected President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Sayyid Ebrahim Raisi.

In accordance with the Resolution of President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Major Muhammedov Hakmyrat Kakabaevich was relieved of his post as Head of the Department of the State Migration Service for the city of Ashgabat.

In accordance with the Resolution of President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Deputy Minister of Defense - Director of Armaments of the Ministry of Defense Shirmat Babanazarov was severely reprimanded for improper execution of official duties, weakening of control over subordinate personnel and shortcomings in work.

In accordance with the Resolution of President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Major Rejepov Batyr Ovlyagulyevich was appointed the Head of the Department of the State Migration Service for the city of Ashgabat.
