In accordance with the Code of Turkmenistan "On Land" and Decree of the President of Turkmenistan No. 14668 dated March 18, 2016 "On the regulation of land relations in Turkmenistan", the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, authorizing the relevant officials to lease out to the Chinese National Oil and Gas Corporation "International Ltd." operating in accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan "On Hydrocarbon Resources" and the Production Sharing Agreement for the Bagtyýarlyk contract territory, a land plot with a total area of 26.55 hectares for the construction of a water supply system for surface facilities of gas fields in the western section of sector B of the Bagtyýarlyk contract territory in the Lebap velayat, including 18 hectares for the construction of a water intake facility near the Amu Darya River on the territory of the Farab etrap of the Lebap velayat - for the period of the Production Sharing Agreement, 8.55 hectares for the laying of a water supply system and adjacent roads - for the period of completion of construction and installation works.

In accordance with the document, the Land Resources Service of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection, together with the Hyakimlik of the Lebap velayat, to prepare documents on the provision of a land plot in accordance with the established procedure.
