In accordance with paragraph 16 of Article 71 of the Constitution of Turkmenistan, President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov decided:
to dismiss State Counselor of Justice of the 3rd class Muhamedov Begmurat Rahmangulyevich from the post of the Minister of Justice of Turkmenistan due to the transfer to another job under control of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
