President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed a Decree, according to which:

Letters of condolences continue coming to the address of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov from foreign countries on passing of his father Myalikguly Berdimuhamedov.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution approving the Plan of Cooperation of Turkmenistan with international organizations in 2021 – 2023 for integrated development of Turkmenistan with international and regional organizations as well as for implementation of international initiatives proposed by our country.

The President of Turkmenistan has signed the Resolution assigning the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment Protection, administrations of Balkan and Mary Regions to provide the production of 224,000 tons of sugar beet in the districts of the above-mentioned regions in 2021 using scientifically based crop rotation according to agricultural requirements.

According to the Order of President, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, instructor of the Service Dog Breeding and Training Center, squad commander of the State Border Guard Service of Turkmenistan, recruit Sargent Rejepmyrat Myradov was awarded with medal of Turkmenistan «Türkmen edermen» for perfect fulfilment of his service duties.

Letters of condolences at the passing of father of the President of Turkmenistan – Myalikguly Berdimuhamedov, continue coming to the address of the President of Turkmenistan. The words of sympathy and support to head of the state and his family were extended by Custodian of Two Holy Mosques, the King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Salman Bin Abdel Aziz Al Saud, Sultan of Oman Haitham bin Tariq, President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Arif Alvi.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, authorizing to hold an international competition “Ýylyň türkmen edermen alabaýy” in Ashgabat on April 25, 2021, as well as contests among carpet weavers, artists, sculptors, photographers, publishers and cameramen on the artistic embodiment of the image of the Turkmen alabay in works of visual, decorative and applied arts, publishing products, photographs, on TV channels on the occasion of the Turkmen Alabay Day, as well as approved the jury of the above competitions.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, authorizing the “Türkmenaragatnaşyk” Agency to conclude a contract with the Eastwind Closed Joint Stock Company (Russian Federation) for the purchase, delivery, installation of equipment and software for the modernization and expansion of the automated billing system (Billing) and provision of technical support to the "Altyn Asyr" Closed Joint Stock Company.

In order to strengthen the state system of guaranteeing, ensuring and protecting human rights and freedoms in Turkmenistan, fulfilling the country's international obligations in this area, as well as carrying out relevant work to enhance cooperation with international organizations in the humanitarian sphere, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, approving the National Action Plan in the field of human rights in Turkmenistan for 2021-2025.

In order to comprehensively organize activities to combat the spread of especially dangerous infectious diseases, as well as expand cooperation of Turkmenistan with the United Nations, its specialized agencies and the World Health Organization, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution approving the Country Preparedness Plan for Acute Infectious Disease Response.
