In order to implement the Articles 2 and 11 of the Law of Turkmenistan “On Industrial Safety of Hazardous Production Facilities”, and to ensure the safe operation of hazardous production facilities, as well as to prevent accidents at these facilities, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree approving the procedure for registering hazardous production facilities in the relevant state register, the procedure for developing action plans for the localization of accidents at hazardous production facilities and the elimination of their consequences ,and the requirements for the content of these plans.

Prospects for the development of Turkmen-Tatarstan relations in various areas were discussed during the meeting between Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty of the Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and President of the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation Rustam Minnikhanov, who arrived in our country on a working visit.
