The past week was marked with registration of 13 transactions at auctions of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan.
Today, a solemn “Joint meeting of the Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan, representatives of the public of the country - the triumph of independence, unity, cohesion, statehood, people's democracy” was held at the Center for Public Organizations. The event was attended by the Chairman of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, leaders and representatives of public organizations, political parties, respected elders, youth, and the media.
In connection with the changes in the administrative-territorial division of the Akhal velayat, as well as in accordance with Article 14 of the Law of Turkmenistan “On the Prosecutor's Office of Turkmenistan”, the President of Turkmenistan, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the country Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a Resolution, according to which, , the prosecutor's office of the city of Arkadag, Akhal velayat, was created within the total staffing of the prosecutor's office of Turkmenistan.
In connection with changes in the administrative-territorial division of the Akhal velayat, as well as in accordance with Article 15 of the Law of Turkmenistan “On Courts”, I hereby decree to:
Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan, Arkadag–national leader of Turkmen people Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov sent a message to first President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev wishing him the soonest recovery in connection with operation he has had as well as health, high spirit and energy.
Every day of the year “Happy Youth with Arkadag Serdar” is filled with important events. As a result of successfully implemented programs, which are based on the principles of the President of Turkmenistan, “The Motherland is a Motherland only with the people! The state is a state only with the people!”, the standard of living of the people of Turkmenistan is constantly rising. In accordance with the adopted programs, our country is confidently moving towards the set clear goals.
A solemn concert was held in the capital today with the participation of masters of culture and arts on the occasion of the successful holding of a joint meeting of the Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan, representatives of the country’s public. The honorary spectator of the concert was the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov.
The next issue of “Democracy and Law” quarterly journal, prepared for publication by the Institute of State, Law and Democracy of Turkmenistan, has been published. The materials of the issue are dedicated to a significant date – the 27th anniversary of the neutrality of the Homeland.
