In the Era of Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state in our independent neutral fatherland, grandiose measures are successfully realised in interests of the state and society. The system of public health services and medical industry develops with high paces. Enormous work is carried out to bring it to the level of the progressive countries that receives a wide recognition on the international scene. The merit of workers of the system in remarkable achievements in this area is great.

Considering a big contribution to successful fulfilment of the humane social policy of independent neutral Turkmenistan, observance of rights of those who needs guardianship, especially children, for worthy and full-fledged participation in public and state life, expansion of social sphere and public activity, humanitarian, charitable and medical institutions, in particular, in assistance in healthcare, treatment and rehabilitation, organisation of financial and material aid to children needing support and youth, delivery of consultations and methodical help, assiduous and honest work throughout many years, for achievements in state and public work, as well as on the occasion of Day of workers of public health services and medical industry of Turkmenistan, I decide:
