President Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent sincere congratulations and best wishes to the President of the Republic of Singapore Mr. Tharman Shanmugaratnam, Prime Minister of the Republic of Singapore Lawrence Wong and the people of the country on the occasion of the National Day of the Republic of Singapore.

Noting that Turkmenistan attaches great importance to strengthening friendly relations between our peoples, the head of state expressed readiness to work together to further intensify and develop effective cooperation between the two countries in all areas.

Taking this pleasant opportunity, the President of Turkmenistan wished to the President Tharman Shanmugaratnam and Prime Minister Lawrence Wong good health and happiness, and to the people of Singapore peace, progress and prosperity.
