In order to develop the domestic scientific sphere in the era of the Revival of a new era of a powerful state, conduct modern fundamental scientific-theoretical and scientific-practical research, introduce scientific achievements in the economic sectors, further expand the interaction of education, science, production and commerce in the field of promising industries, form a generation of young scientists with a broad outlook and innovative thinking, I decree:

1. To approve the following:

Strategy for the Development of Science in Turkmenistan for 2024-2052;

Action Plan for 2024-2028, which should be implemented to implement the Strategy for the Development of Science in Turkmenistan for 2024-2052.

2. The Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan, relevant ministries and departments shall ensure the implementation of the measures established in the Strategy specified in the first part of this Decree.
