Today, Oguljahan Atabayeva, Vice President for Medical Activities of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship, being guided by instructions of Hero-Arkadag, given at the working meeting, which took place in the headquarters of the Foundation, made a working trip to Akhal velayat. The Vice-President of the Foundation familiarised with the work carried out in the regional Rehabilitation educational and training complex, multifield hospital as well as in the Centre for the Protection of Mother and Child Health, engaged in restoration of health and providing them with relevant education.

At present, under the leadership of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov large scale reforms developed are successfully implemented into the life the in the country at the initiative of doctor Arkadag. In this plan, an unrelenting attention is given to protection of health and education of the growing generation as well as to solution of issues of rehabilitation of children with limited possibilities of health.

It is necessary to note that in the context of maintenance of efficiency of target work a special place is given to the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship. In this connection, Vice-President of the Foundation Oguljahan Atabayeva familiarised with the activity of the complex.

Here procedures on recovery of health of children with limited possibilities have a universal character, and specialised premises are equipped according to requirements of the time. In a word, there are all possibilities and conditions for rendering medical services of wide profile: balneotherapy, various rehabilitation toys and others.

In the foyer of the complex one could see needlework, made by small patients, works of art and game accessories that visually shows efficiency of application of the techniques, called to promote their intellectual development and disclosing of creative abilities. As long-term practice shows, use of similar methods appreciably defines success of rehabilitation.

In the room of early intervention (REI), the child and parents are provided with support within the framework of the family-aligned approach, which not only helps children to feel a full-fledged part of the family, but also stimulates their development through family involving in therapeutic process.

In other REI, the psychologist and the podiatrist work with children with limited possibilities of preschool age: a complex approach is considered rather important in the context of development of cognitive skills and independent thinking. The Vice-President of the Foundation underlined significance of work of profile doctors in ensuring harmonious development of patients and made appropriate recommendations on perfection of adopted measures and development of advanced world practice in this area.

The equipment of the logopedic room as a part of the complex also corresponds to modern requirements: specialists by means of various toys and pictures develop functions of respiratory organs and vocal apparatus. Oguljahan Atabayeva marked that advanced methods proved very useful in development of speech of children. Improvement of speech therapy first of all is defined by its urgency in medicine.

Throughout acquaintance with the complex, the Vice-President of the Foundation visited the unit of physiotherapy and ergotherapy for children with abnormalities of the musculoskeletal system. Treatment here is given by the latest technique, which, in particular, consists in stimulation of motility of patients that raises efficiency of therapeutic procedures.

In the room for practice of music, singing and dances children who make their first steps into the world of art, welcomed with great joy Oguljahan Atabayeva, Vice President for Medical Activities of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship. Kids sang together a wonderful song written by Hero-Arkadag and expressed sincere gratitude for the shown care.

The Vice-President of the Charitable Foundation handed children, aspiring to be engaged in art, song and music, gifts on behalf of the Foundation. Children full of joy expressed huge gratitude to President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and Hero-Arkadag for their support and efforts of the state.

Then, Oguljahan Atabayeva visited the sensory integration room where by means of various figures and pictures children are acquainted with information on the fertile Turkmen land and its natural sights. By the presented materials, children raise skills of expression of their thoughts. The given approach plays a special role in evoking love of the growing generation for the country.

In the conference hall of the Rehabilitation educational and training complex of Akhal velayat, the children operated and receiving here corresponding treatment at the expense of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship sang a wonderful song written by Hero-Arkadag.

In turn, parents of the kids who undergo here treatment expressed their gratitude to doctor Arkadag and the President of the country. All this added a special spirit to the action.

Having wished children the soonest recovery and participation in the life of society, the Vice-President of the Foundation headed to the multifield hospital of Akhal velayat.

There Oguljahan Atabayeva visited the ward of intensive therapy of the maternity department, where all conditions for protection of health of the mother and the child, constant monitoring over the condition of new-born children are provided. The similar complex approach is necessary for maintenance of full-fledged development of kids.

Then, Oguljahan Atabayeva, Vice President for Medical Activities of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship visited the Centre for the Protection of Mother and Child Health of Akhal velayat where she familiarised with the work of the maternity department.

As she pointed out, in this department all efforts are made for protection of health of the mother and child. At the same time, the prime attention is given to solution of issues of equipment of the department, improvement of professional skill of the medical personnel of the senior specialists and introduction of the latest technologies.

Having underlined that health of the mother – a key factor of formation of the healthy generation, the Vice-President of the Foundation noted importance of appropriate fulfilment of target work according to shown requirements. In this plan, the goal of paramount significance consists in development of modern methods and advanced world practice in the healthcare services.

Having marked that in the department necessary conditions for protection of health of the mother and child, maintenance of full-fledged development of children are created, specialists of the Centre expressed their sincere gratitude to doctor Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar for their unrelenting attention shown at the state level to the given issues.
