National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov called for continuing the glorious traditions of our ancestors.

Hero-Arkadag said this while speaking at a meeting of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan.

«The Turkmen people are a people building a state. Adhering to the behests of our courageous ancestors to build states, we have chosen a national model of development. Based on the unity, ability, and peacekeeping principles of our people, we have created a sovereign state»,  –emphasized Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty.

According to the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Independent, permanently neutral Turkmenistan is a state in which people's power has been established.

«Today, the traditions of our glorious ancestors about people’s power continue with dignity. This year, in order to dynamically develop our democratic, legal and secular state, the country created the highest representative body of people’s power - the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan», –Hero-Arkadag emphasized.
