In order to consistently strengthen the country's economic potential, increase the volume of wheat production as a source of prosperity for the people and guarantee food independence, organise high-level operational collection without losses and uninterrupted transportation of the grown wheat crop to warehouses and elevators, as well as timely settlements with grain producers in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, according to which the State Commission for the organised conduct of the grain harvest in 2025 was created and its composition was approved.

The document prescribes:

– The State Association «Türkmenobahyzmat» to ensure productive and uninterrupted operation of grain harvesters during the harvest season, organising their proper technical maintenance on site;

– The Transport and Communications Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers, on a contract basis with the State Association «Türkmengallaönümleri», shall ensure timely transportation of the harvested wheat from the fields to the receiving points, warehouses and elevators without losses, as well as the smooth and efficient operation of vehicles.

According to the document, the State Association «Türkmengallaönümleri» is allowed to use, on a contract basis, vehicles of other ministries and departments, as well as privately owned vehicles, when transporting wheat to the receiving points, warehouses and elevators.
