By the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov in accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Turkmenistan «On the Prosecutor’s Office of Turkmenistan»:

lawyer of the 1st class Apbekov Serdar Kakamyradovich was appointed deputy prosecutor of the city of Arkadag;

lawyer of the 1st class Rahmannazarov Medetmuhammet Pendigulyyevich was appointed prosecutor of the Karizek etrap of the city of Arkadag;

lawyer of the 2nd class Nuryyev Ymamberdi Rejepnyyazovich was appointed prosecutor of the Gorjav etrap of the city of Arkadag;

lawyer of the 2nd class Bayramsahedov Rovshen Serdargulyyevich was appointed prosecutor of the Buzmeyin etrap of the city of Ashgabat;

lawyer of the 2nd class Agayev Eziz Bashimdurdyyevich was appointed prosecutor of the Koneurgench etrap of the Dashoguz velayat;

Junior Counselor of Justice Myradov Myrat Bashimovich was appointed prosecutor of the city of Bayramaly, Mary Velayat;

Counselor of Justice Golbayev Orazgeldi Gurbangeldiyevich was dismissed from the post of prosecutor of the Buzmeyin etrap of the city of Ashgabat due to the expiration of the term of office;

Junior Counselor of Justice Taylyev Nejep Mammetamanovich was dismissed from the post of prosecutor of the city of Bayramaly, Mary Velayat due to the expiration of his term of office.
