In order to successfully achieve the objectives set out in the «Program of the President of Turkmenistan for the Socioeconomic Development of the Country in 2022-2028», to support the entrepreneurial and business sectors in training, retraining personnel with higher education and in improving their qualifications in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, I decree:

In order to significantly improve the activities of the domestic cultural sphere, enrich the national culture, art and literature with new works, enhance the professionalism of creative figures, improve the work of the media, encourage creative figures to create new works and hold, in accordance with the spirit of the Turkmen national holiday, the Week of Culture, traditionally timed to coincide with the Day of Cultural and Art Workers, as well as the poetry of Magtymguly Fragi, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution ordering the holding of the Week of Culture in the Balkan velayat from 22^nd to 27^th of June, 2026.

By the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Muhammedov Aymyrat Babamyrat oglu was relieved of his post as Vice-Rector for Research at the Engineering and Technology University of Turkmenistan named after Oguz han due to his transfer to another job.

By the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Handurdyyev Handurdy Shadurdyyevich was relieved of his post as Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of the Turkmen State Institute of Economics and Management in connection with his transfer to another job.

By the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Kadyrov Hydyrguly Atamyradovich was relieved of his post as Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs at the Engineering and Technology University of Turkmenistan named after Oguz han due to his transfer to another job.

The Culture Week, marked by this year’s motto “International Year of Peace and Trust”, will be remembered by our country’s compatriots and guests with a bright palette of impressive events.  

On June 25, 2025, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov received the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov, who arrived in our country on an official visit.

The ninth session of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan of the seventh convocation will be held on the 28^th of June, 2025 at 10:00 in the building of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan.

These days, the Ahal velayat is in the epicentre of a large-scale Culture Week, which is taking place in Turkmenistan during the International Year of Peace and Trust, marked by the 30^th anniversary of the country's permanent neutrality. The events that unfolded, despite their thematic diversity, are united by a single conceptual idea - the continuity of national culture.
