In order to further develop the national art of bagshy and the musical art of the Turkmen people in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, enrich it with new modern songs and musical works, popularise the great achievements of our country, the happy life of a united people, identify and stimulate talented young baghshy musicians, as well as reward the baghshy musicians who have particularly distinguished themselves in their performing skills and who successfully performed at the competition «Çalsana, bagşy»!, organised within the framework of the competition «Türkmeniň Altyn asyry», announced by the President of Turkmenistan on the occasion of the 35^th anniversary of independence of Turkmenistan in the year «Independent neutral Turkmenistan - the homeland of purposeful winged horses», the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution.
