In order to implement the Agreement on Economic Cooperation between the Government of Turkmenistan and the Government of the Slovak Republic, as well as to further develop cooperation between Turkmenistan and the Slovak Republic, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution according to which the composition of the Turkmen-Slovak joint commission on economic cooperation was established and approved from the Turkmen side.

In order to successfully address the challenges facing the oil and gas industry of the country in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution according to which the State concern «Türkmengaz» is authorised to conclude a contract at its own expense with the company «Julong Steel Pipe Co., Ltd.» (People's Republic of China) for the purchase of steel pipes in the appropriate volume required for the construction work of subordinate institutions and enterprises.

In order to successfully address the challenges facing the oil and gas industry of the country in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Decree according to which the State concern «Türkmennebit» is authorised to enter into a contract at its own expense with the company «Wuxi SP. Steel Tube Manufacturing Co., Ltd.» (People's Republic of China) for the purchase of casing and drill pipes in the required volume for drilling operations in production and exploratory wells.

In order to significantly strengthen the role of science in society, increase human capital, intellectual potential, and the scientific worldview of the population of the country, attract young people to scientific research and development, and popularise the achievements of science, technology, and engineering in the era of the Revival of the new era of a powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution. In accordance with the document, the State Program for the popularisation of scientific, technical, and technological achievements in Turkmenistan for 2026–2030 and the Action Plan for its implementation were approved.

The Academy of sciences, relevant ministries and departments of the country are instructed to ensure the implementation of the measures defined in the above-mentioned Program and Plan.

In accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan «On tenders for the supply of goods, performance of work, and provision of services for state needs», the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution.
