Honouring the unparalleled heroism displayed on the battlefield by participants in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945, the exemplary dedication of the gray-haired mothers who worked in the rear during the war, taking into account their noble work in educating the younger generation in the spirit of patriotism, heroism, courage, strengthening the unity and cohesion of our people, their contribution to the successful implementation of the fundamental reforms carried out in the country, and also on the occasion of the 81^st anniversary of the Great Victory, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Decree instructing the hakimliks of velayats, cities and etraps to solemnly present cash and valuable gifts to war veterans on behalf of the President of Turkmenistan in honour of the 81st anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945.
