In order to successfully implement the educational policy of the President of Turkmenistan in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, to create favourable conditions for modern education and upbringing, to develop the younger generation into broad-minded specialists who understand innovative technologies, and to present laptops as gifts to students admitted to the first grade of comprehensive secondary schools in the country in the 2026-2027 academic year, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution.

According to the document, the Ministry of education is authorised to conclude contracts with the joint venture «Agzybirlik tilsimaty» and the business entity «Aýdyň gijeler» for the purchase of laptops produced in Turkmenistan in the corresponding quantity, their installation in educational institutions by the 1^st of August, 2026, and their technical maintenance.
