In order to further strengthen the unity, harmony and cohesion of our people in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, respect for centuries-old traditions and customs, the preservation of our spiritual wealth, the creation of favourable conditions for citizens to solemnly celebrate Oraza bayramy and the National spring holiday and comfortable rest, and also in accordance with Article 81 of the Labour code of Turkmenistan, I decree:

Hold the National holiday of the Turkmen people – Oraza bayramy – on the 20^th of March, 2026.

Move the day off, 22^nd of March, to 23^rd of March, 2026 – Monday.

All institutions, enterprises and organisations, regardless of their form of ownership, shall ensure the implementation of this Decree.
