Decree of the President of Turkmenistan On the transfer of the day off on the occasion of International Women's Day

In order to create favourable conditions for the solemn celebration of International Women's Day and rest for the population of the country, and also in accordance with Part 2 of Article 81 of the Labour Code of Turkmenistan, I decree:

1. Move the day off from the 8^th of March to the 9^th of March, 2026 – Monday.

2. All institutions, enterprises and organisations, regardless of their form of ownership, shall ensure compliance with this Decree.
