President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to President of the Republic of Estonia Alar Karis and the people of the country on the occasion of the national holiday – Independence Day of the Republic of Estonia. 

Taking the opportunity, the head of state expressed sincere wishes for good health and happiness to President Alar Karis, and peace, further progress and prosperity to the people of Estonia.
