On the basis of the contracts made with the cotton producers, in the agri-technical time-frames established, the following organizations are to provide the following services: - The Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources Management of Turkmenistan: The necessary volumes of high-quality cotton seeds; Technical services related to pre-sowing preparation of fields for planting, treating, managing and harvesting cotton; The necessary volumes of irrigational water. - The State Concern «Turkmenkhimiya»: The necessary volumes of fertilizers. *** President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, ordering in 2017 to: The ministries and sectoral branches, khyakimlik of Ashgabat - to ensure planting of 1,5 million saplings in the territory between Ak Bugday and Baharly etraps, Akhal velayat; Khyakimliks of velayats in the territory of velayats – to ensure planting of 1,5 million saplings of deciduous, coniferous, fruit-trees and grapes. The ministries, sectoral branch, khyakimliks of velayats and Ashgabat - to ensure drop irrigation of saplings of trees and grape stocks. *** President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution on approving the Regulations of State Concerns «Türkmengaz» and «Turkmennebit». *** President of Turkmenistan signed an Order on approving the water-use quotas for consumers in velayats, etraps and cities in 2017. *** President of Turkmenistan signed an Order on allotting land plots to the ministries, branch departments, establishments and enterprises, and also to the members of the Industrialists and Entrepreneurs Union of Turkmenistan and daikhan associations. *** President of Turkmenistan signed an Order on announcing the Farap etrap of Lebap velayat the winner among the etraps of velayats and cities with the etrap status. By results of 2016, the etrap reached the highest indicators in the social, economic and cultural spheres. In this regard, the Order sanctions awarding the khyakimlik of Farap etrap the US $1 million money prize. *** President of Turkmenistan signed an Order on announcing among the etraps of velayats and cities with the etrap status the competition on achieving in 2017 the best indicators in the social, economic and cultural spheres.
