Under the leadership of deeply respected President of Turkmenistan, Arkadagly Hero Serdar, in our country in the Era of Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state a great deal of work is carried out to implement the national program «Saglyk» of National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Hero-Arkadag for protection of health, increase of life expectancy and improvement of standard of living of our people.

As a result of the activity realised in our country, in the system of public health services, our neutral state, thanks to efforts of Arkadagly Hero Serdar, keeps relations and cooperates with medical centres of Germany.

Considering a big personal contribution from first days of our sacred independence of world famous German heart surgeon, Doctor of Medical Sciences, winner of the International Award named after Magtymguly, Professor Hans Meissner in development of Turkmen-German relations in cardiology of the system of public health services, creation of school of preceptorship between Turkmen doctors, training of highly skilled specialists of public health services, perfection and modernisation of system of public health services of our country as well as  application of workers of public health services and medical industry of Turkmenistan and nomination of Ashgabat city khyakimlik, the Mejlis of Turkmenistan decides:

To name Street № 1970 of Ashgabat city, running from Archabil Avenue to the International Centre of Cardiology after famous German heart surgeon, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Hans Meissner and henceforth to name it «Avenue named after Professor Hans Meissner » (Professor Hans Meissner Strasse).
