In the Era of Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the state policy on public health protection and formation of healthy society is successfully realised. A huge significance is also given to development of principles of healthy way of life, prevention and effective treatment of diseases in society with participation of representatives and scientists of the World Health Organization and scientific institutions.

Considering merits in strengthening of international cooperation of independent neutral Turkmenistan in the field of public health services and modernisation of its profile system, intensification of humanitarian and charitable movement, medical activity, medical aid to children needing guardianship, a considerable personal contribution to introduction of advanced practice in prevention, treatment of disease and rehabilitation as well as on the occasion of Day of workers of public health services and medical industry of Turkmenistan, I decide:
