Considering merits in expansion of friendship between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Kazakhstan, in study, careful preservation, popularisation and transfer of the creative heritage of the poet-classic of Turkmen literature Magtymguly Fragi  to future generations, a big personal contribution to rapprochement and enrichment of cultures, strengthening of friendship, brotherhood and mutually beneficial cooperation between Turkmen and Kazakh people as well as on the occasion of the 300th anniversary of the Turkmen poet and thinker Magtymguly Fragi, to award President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Tokaev Kassym-Jomart Kemelevich the anniversary medal of Turkmenistan «Magtymguly Pyragynyň 300 ýyllygyna» as well as a memorable and gift badge.
