President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, on behalf of the people and the Government of Turkmenistan, as well as on his own behalf, sent sincere congratulations and best wishes to the President of the Republic of Chad Mahamat Idriss Déby Itno and the people of the country on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of bilateral diplomatic relations.

Noting that relations between the countries are aimed at successful development based on mutual respect and equality, the head of state emphasized Turkmenistan's interest in expanding bilateral cooperation and expressed confidence in its further development in the interests of both peoples.

Using this pleasant opportunity, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov addressed President Mahamat Idriss Déby Itno with heartfelt wishes for good health and happiness, and to the friendly people of the Republic of Chad progress and prosperity.
