Speaking at a meeting of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, Hero-Arkadag Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted that the reforms carried out in the sectors of the economy contribute to improving employment.

In this regard, the advisability of adopting the «Concept for the Development of the Labour Market of Turkmenistan until 2030» was emphasised, which is intended to become a significant step in expanding cooperation in the field of employment with international organizations, foreign countries, in particular, in joining the conventions of the International Labour Organization.

During his speech, the Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted with satisfaction the consistent improvement of the monetary, foreign exchange, financial and tax-budget systems, which are a solid foundation for the socio-economic development of the country. The work carried out by domestic entrepreneurs in the production of high-quality, competitive products, strengthening food security, building modern industrial enterprises, cities and villages was also noted. Having placed special emphasis on the need to develop the financial market, introduce new types and methods of entrepreneurship, the National Leader of the Turkmen people, among the important tasks, identified the adoption of the Strategy for the Development of the Financial Market until 2030 and the National Program for Supporting Small and Medium-Sized Entrepreneurship, which will mark the beginning of a new stage of dynamic development of our country.
