President Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon and all the fraternal people of the country on the occasion of the Independence Day of the Republic of Tajikistan.

«Over the years of independence, the Republic of Tajikistan has achieved great success in strengthening its statehood, improving the well-being of the people and enhancing the country's authority in the international arena. Turkmenistan attaches great importance to strengthening traditionally friendly and mutually beneficial relations with Tajikistan, which are based on strong ties of good-neighbourliness, equality, respect and mutual support», –the head of state noted in his message, expressing his firm conviction that through joint efforts, Turkmen-Tajik cooperation will continue to develop and deepen for the benefit of the two fraternal peoples.

Taking this pleasant opportunity, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov sincerely wished President Emomali Rahmon good health, family well-being, happiness, as well as new successes in all endeavors and aspirations for the benefit of the people of the Republic of Tajikistan.
