The President of Turkmenistan congratulated the leadership of the Republic of Iraq

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, on behalf of the people and the Government of Turkmenistan, as well as on his own behalf, sent heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the President of the Republic of Iraq Abdul Latif Rashid, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Iraq Muhammad Shia Al Sudani and the people of the country on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.

Noting that the relations between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Iraq are based on mutual respect, equality and trust, the head of state emphasized our country's interest in expanding bilateral ties and expressed confidence in the consistent enhancement of interstate cooperation in the interests of both peoples through joint efforts.

Taking this pleasant opportunity, the head of state addressed President Abdul Latif Rashid, Prime Minister Muhammad Shia Al Sudani sincere wishes for good health, happiness and well-being, and further progress and prosperity to the people of Iraq.
