In order to successfully solve the tasks outlined in the Program «Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state: National program for the socio-economic development of Turkmenistan in 2022–2052», increasing the beauty of the architectural and urban appearance of the city of Arkadag, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, allowing relevant institutions and enterprises to enter into agreements with local construction companies for the design, construction and improvement of buildings and structures, as well as the surrounding areas.

The document stipulates that construction work should begin in June 2024 and buildings and structures will be handed over fully ready for operation in September 2026.
