In accordance with articles 54, 56 and 72 of the Law of Turkmenistan «On the Court», I decree:

to appoint Gaygysyz Kakabayevich Orazmyradov as Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court of Turkmenistan, dismissing him from the post of judge of the Lebap Velayat Court;

Appoint Achylov Jumamyrat Charyyevich as chairman of the Dashoguz Velayat court, relieving him of the post of deputy chairman of the Ashgabat City Court;

Appoint Amangeldi Dovletgeldiyevich Allabergenov as Deputy Chairman of the Ashgabat City Court, relieving him of the post of judge of the Supreme Court of Turkmenistan;

appoint Tulekova Sulgunjemal Saparbayevna as a judge of the Kopetdag etrap court of the city of Ashgabat, relieving her of the post of judge for administrative and enforcement proceedings of the Bagtyyarlyk etrap court of the city of Ashgabat;

appoint Charyyev Mekan Yazmyradovich as a judge of the Turkmengala etrap court of Mary Velayat, relieving him of the post of judge for administrative and enforcement proceedings of the Buzmeyin etrap court of Ashgabat;

appoint Tuvakmyradov Soltanmyrat Tuvakmyradovich as a judge of the Berkararlyk etrap court of the city of Ashgabat and assign him the 5th qualification class;

appoint Ilyasov Mekan Ashyrgeldiyevich as a judge of the Turkmenbashy city Court of the Balkan Velayat and assign him the 5th qualification class;

appoint Tokayeva Mahrijemal Rejepmyradovna as a judge of the court of the etrap Gorogly of the Dashoguz velayat and assign her the 5th qualification class;

appoint Geldiyeva Ayna Jumageldiyevna as a judge of the Turkmenabat city Court of the Lebap Velayat and assign her the 5th qualification class;

due to the expiration of the term of office, Atayev Maksat Bayramovich should be dismissed from the post of judge for administrative and enforcement proceedings of the Buzmeyin Etrap Court of the city of Ashgabat;

due to the expiration of the term of office, Atayev Ovezmyrat Yaranovich should be dismissed from the post of judge for administrative and enforcement proceedings of the Kerki Etrap Court of the Lebap Velayat.
