In accordance with Articles 54, 56, 72 and 83 of the Law of Turkmenistan “On Court”, I decree:

to appoint Rahman Joragulyevich Hojiev as chairman of the Mary City Court of Mary velayat, releasing him from the post of deputy chairman of the Kopetdag Etrap Court of Ashgabat city;

to appoint Ogulnabat Dovletmyradovna Sahetmyradova as a judge of the Bagtyyarlyk Etrap Court of the city of Ashgabat and assign her the 5th qualification class;

to appoint Illy Pirmuhammedovich Annaev as a judge of the Ak Bugday Etrap Court, Ahal velayat and assign him the 5th qualification class;

to appoint Oregeldi Yusupovich Amanjanov as a judge of the Sakarchaga Etrap Court of Mary velayat and assign him the 5th qualification class;

to appoint Dovran Yagmyrovich Altyev as a judge of the Mary Etrap Court of Mary velayat and assign him the 5th qualification class;

to appoint Ogulsurai Borjakovna Bayramsahedova as a judge for administrative and enforcement proceedings of the Berkararlyk Etrap Court of Ashgabat city and assign her the 5th qualification class; 

to appoint Jennet Yakubovna Bayramova as a judge for administrative and enforcement proceedings of the Tejen Etrap Court of Ahal velayat and assign her the 5th qualification class;

to appoint Merdan Alymovich Alymov as a judge for administrative and enforcement proceedings of the Balkanabat City Court of Balkan Velayat and assign him the 5th qualification class;

to appoint Enver Bagtiyarov as a judge for administrative and enforcement proceedings of the Dashoguz City Court of Dashoguz velayat and assign him the 5th qualification class;

to appoint Ovezdurdy Suleymanovich Atayev as a judge for administrative and enforcement proceedings of the Darganata Etrap Court of Lebap velayat and assign him the 5th qualification class;

to release Gulrovshen Hemraevna Annaeva from the post of judge of the Gorogly Etrap Court of Dashoguz velayat due to the expiration of her term of office;

to release Rozymyrat Durdyvelievich Hudaiberdiev from the post of judge of the Sakarchaga Etrap Court of Mary velayat due to the expiration of his term of office;

to release Shohrat Dadebaevich Veljikov from the post of judge for administrative and enforcement proceedings of the Dyanev Etrap Court of Lebap velayat due to the expiration of his term of office; 

to release Rustam Hamraevich Atajanov from the post of chairman of the Mary City Court of Mary velayat.
