Today, a solemn meeting “Türkmen halkynyň Milli Lideriniň ynsanperwerlige esaslanýan taryhy başlangyçlary - çagalara mähirli garaýşyň nusgalyk ýoly”, devoted to humanitarian initiatives of Hero-Arkadag was held in the Centre for Public Organisations of Turkmenistan.

Deputies of the Mejlis, members of the Government, heads of ministries and departments, diplomatic missions of our country to foreign countries, representatives of international organizations accredited to Turkmenistan, rectors of higher educational institutions, heads of public organisations as well as representatives of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship and Children's Health and Rehabilitation Centre named after Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and heads of other profile structures took part in the event.

Prior to the start of the solemn meeting, visitors attended the exhibition organised in the foyer of the Centre, where to sounds of national melody they familiarised themselves with an exposition of books by Hero-Arkadag, including with a multivolume encyclopaedic work by National Leader of the Turkmen people, Academician of the Academy of Sciences of the country, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov “Medicinal plants of Turkmenistan”.  

Achievements of the national pharmaceutical industry - the herbal teas made by a special method on the basis of herbs, growing on the fertile Turkmen land were also displayed there.

During the meetings that took place then, they underlined importance of issues considered and solution of tasks put by National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty, and Honoured Elder Hero-Arkadag at the regular meeting of the Board of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship.

As was marked, thanks to support and efforts of Hero-Arkadag and Arkadagly Serdar, the Board of the Foundation has carried out a number of charitable actions.

So, at the expense of the Foundation, 260 operations have been made on sick children in the country and it has allowed many of children to restore their health.  Children in need of guardianship have undergone other medical-diagnostic procedures for various diseases and treatment-and-prophylactic procedures. Besides it, medical equipment was purchased for needs of public health services.

It once again speaks of success of the social policy pursued by the President of Turkmenistan, the major principle of which is “State - for people!” Participants of the solemn forum stated that the past year operations were also made on sick children and today, they lead a full-fledged and happy life. As was pointed out, parents of children express their warm gratitude to Hero-Arkadag and the President of the country.

With assistance of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship, a humanitarian aid was sent to children of the Republic of Turkiye, Russian Federation, Afghanistan, Ukraine and Palestine. It visually testifies to successful continuation of noble principles of humanism inherent in Turkmen people.

In the Era of Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, the national economy reaches great successes in all its sectors. Cardinal transformations are carried out, international events are held in the country, and it highlights a steady growth of authority of our independent neutral fatherland recognised in the world as the country of health and revival.

The Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship created under the initiative and thanks to efforts of Hero-Arkadag is located in the city of Arkadag. The issues put on the agenda of the regular meeting of the Board of the Foundation attest that the growing generation is always in the centre of attention of the state.

As was underlined during the current solemn meeting, thanks to the constant care of the state, with their successes and achievements of international level, the youth augmented the pride of our people in the outgoing year. It visually displays of the fact that the number of well-educated young people, who actively use innovative technologies, grows in the country.

Independent neutral Turkmenistan in practice displays its adherence to the programs of the United Nations Organization developed in the fields of the rights and interests of children. Thus, under the wise leadership of the President of the country the activity, which is carried out in this sphere, corresponds to principles of United Nations Children's Fund, deserving support of this authoritative organisation.

In their speeches, participants of the meeting made an emphasis on the meaning and significance of the statement of Hero-Arkadag: “Ýaşulularyň göreldesi-ýaşlaryň ýörelgesi, Nesilleriň dowamaty-döwürleriň baglanyşygy” (“The example of our ancestors - path for the youth, continuity of generations - the beginning of the epoch”). As was marked, a great significance is attached to education of the younger generation in our country and it once again speaks of exemplary continuation of principles of our wise ancestors developed in the course of history.

At the end of the solemn meeting, its participants adopted a message to National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, in which they underlined that achievements made in the country under the leadership of Arkadagly Hero Serdar and the noble activity initiated by Hero-Arkadag will be inscribed in gold letters in the annals of the modern epoch.
