In order to improve the material and technical resources of the transport sector in the period of the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree authorizing the Agency “Türkmendeňizderýaýollary” of the Transport and Communications Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan to conclude a contract with the “Shipbuilding and Repair Plant “Balkan” Open Joint-Stock Company for the construction of two dry cargo ships.
