In order to regulate the assignment of personal pensions to citizens of Turkmenistan for special merits to the country, as well as in accordance with Article 40 of the Code of Turkmenistan on social protection of the population, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution according to which a special commission for the appointment of personal pensions was established under the President of Turkmenistan, its composition and Procedure were approved appointment of personal pensions.
