In order to implement the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan № 240 «On the establishment of the Ministry of Agriculture of Turkmenistan and the Ministry of Environmental Protection of Turkmenistan» dated 14th of July of 2023, as well as to properly establish the activities of the Ministry of Environmental Protection of Turkmenistan, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution.

According to the document, the structure of the central office of the Ministry of Environmental Protection of Turkmenistan, as well as the Regulations on this ministry, were approved.

The Ministry of Environmental Protection, together with the Ministry of Adalat, was ordered to prepare and submit proposals to the Cabinet of Ministers on introducing amendments and additions to the legislation of Turkmenistan arising from this Resolution within a month.
