In order to create and develop new highly efficient technologies in priority areas of the socio-economic development of Turkmenistan, to implement at the present level measures related to maintaining the optimal relationship between science, education, production and commerce in the field of promising industries in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, as well as proper organizing the activities of scientific and technological centers, in accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan «On Scientific Organizations», the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree, approving the Regulations on scientific and technological centres.

The document also prescribes to carry out the activities of scientific and technological centres subordinate to ministries and departments in accordance with the above Regulation.
