With a view to ensure a well-organized opening ceremony of Arkadag city constructed at the initiative of National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on the basis of the concept "smart city" with application of high technologies of new generation, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, that instructs:

- The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, khyakimlik of Arkadag city, Ministry of Trade and Foreign economic Relations, Ministry of Culture and Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs to ensure the holding of an opening ceremony of Arkadag city jointly on June 29, 2023 at a high organizational level;

- Corresponding ministries and departments to render to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, khyakimlik of Arkadag city, Ministry of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations, Ministry of Culture and Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs all assistance in preparation for and conduction of the opening ceremony at a high organizational level;

- Ministry of Culture, State Committee on Television, Radio Broadcasting and Cinematography of Turkmenistan, State News Agency to highlight the opening ceremony and events carried out in Turkmenistan in the field of the concept "smart city" at a high level in the mass-media.
