In order to further develop in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state of the domestic educational sphere and strengthen its material and technical base, improve educational institutions based on innovative technologies, as well as continue work on the construction of buildings of modern educational institutions equipped with advanced technology that meets international standards, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution.

According to the document, the Ministry of Education was allowed to conclude a contract with the Nahal economic company for the design of a 5,000-seat complex of buildings of the Turkmen State Pedagogical Institute named after Seyitnazar Seydi in Turkmenabat city, Lebap velayat and its construction with the improvement of the surrounding area and supplying with modern equipment, subject to the performance of work on reconstruction or construction of new for the institute external supply engineering systems and relevant infrastructure facilities and their connection to the citywide network.

The document prescribes to begin construction work in September 2023 and hand over the complex of buildings of the institute with full readiness for operation in September 2026.
