According to the Articles 43, 54, 56, 72 and 83 of the Law of Turkmenistan on Court, I hereby decree as follows:

To appoint Hanov Dovran Jumamyradovich judge of the Supreme Court of Turkmenistan, to include him into the staff of the Presidium of this court, releasing him from the post of the judge of Charjev etrap court of Lebap velayat;

To appoint Gummanov Shamyrat Hojamuradovich deputy-chairman of Buzmeyin etrap court of Ashgabat city, releasing him from the post of the judge for administrative and executive matters of Dashoguz city court of Dashoguz velayat;

To appoint Kadyrova Bahargul Rahmetkulyevna judge of Charjev etrap court of Lebap velayat;

To appoint Amanjayeva Lachyn Saparmuhammedovna judge for administrative and executive matters of Buzmeyin etrap court of Ashgabat city and award her the 5th  qualification rank;

To appoint Yazhanova Gulshirin Astanoglyevna judge for administrative and executive matters of Mary city court of Mary velayat and award her the 5th  qualification rank;

To release Ishangulyev Amanmuhammet Amanberdievich from the post of the judge of Buzmeyin etrap court of Ashgabat city due to expiry of term of his office;

To release Jumayeva Shirin Kakajanovna from the post of the judge for administrative and executive matters of Buzmeyin etrap court of Ashgabat city due to expiry of term of her office;

To release Orazov Abdybay from the post of the chairman of Charjev etrap court of Lebap velayat due to expiry of term of his office;

To release Alovov Dovlet Orazgulyevich from the post of the judge for administrative and executive matters of Charjev etrap court of Lebap velayat due to expiry of term of his office;

To release Annayev Gurbandurdy Orayevich from the post of the deputy-chairman of Mary velayat court due to expiry of term of his office;

To release Babanazarova Guljan Jorakulyevna from the post of the judge of Mary city court of Mary velayat due to expiry of term of her office;

To release Rozyev Geldimyrat Yoldashevich from the post of the judge of Mary velayat court due to expiry of term of his office;

To release Hesenov Jemshit Hesenovich from the post of the judge for administrative and executive matters of Bayramaly city court of Mary velayat due to expiry of term of his office;

To release Bashimov Ovezmyrat Sapargeldievich from the post of the chairman of Akhal velayat court.
