Taking into consideration great achievements of Turkmenistan in strengthening state independence and neutrality, realization of the foreign policy, development of political, cultural, humanitarian and other relations of the country, safeguarding national interests of Turkmenistan, training of young specialists as well as honest and exemplary work in the diplomatic service and on the occasion of Day of diplomatic workers of Turkmenistan, I enact:
