Decree of the President of Turkmenistan on the establishment of a court in the city of Arkadag, Akhal velayat On the establishment of a court in the city of Arkadag, Akhal velayat

In connection with changes in the administrative-territorial division of the Akhal velayat, as well as in accordance with Article 15 of the Law of Turkmenistan “On Courts”, I hereby decree to:

1. Establish a court in the city of Arkadag, Akhal velayat, within the limits of the total staffing of court employees and the total staffing of judges in Turkmenistan.

2. The composition of the court of the city of Arkadag, Akhal velayat should include:

1) 1 chairman of the court, 1 judge, 1 judge for administrative and executive proceedings;

2) 60 judges.

3. The Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan to introduce changes to the State Budget of Turkmenistan for 2023 arising from this Decree.
